Parent Association / Parent Council Meetings 2024
Parent Council / Parent Association meetings typically occur the last Thursday of the month.
Parent Council (topics involving the school) typically runs 6:00 – 6:30pm and Parent Association (fundraising, spending, and events) runs from 6:30 – 7:30pm.
Who can attend?
Parent Council: All parents and guardians of students currently attending Woodbine School are automatically members.
Parent Association: All community members are welcome to the parent association meetings!
RSVP: Not needed. Contact us at [email protected] if you would like to be added to the agenda.
Halloween Dance – Fall of 2025
Our Halloween dance is in the fall of 2025. Details announced sooner to the date.

Casino Fundraiser – Q4 2026
The AGLC Casino is our biggest fundraiser. The last one raised over $70,000 for our school!
Volunteers are needed! One person working one shift helps raise about $2,000 for the school.
